I have always been interested in places where people gather. The location itself is not the focus - but rather the interaction between history, experiences and memory is. In a rapidly changing world, I am interested in the fleeting relationship between us and our environment that continues to evolve due to natural causes and human decisions.   
 
With the ongoing water shortage that was prevalent throughout California til 2019, my attention and focus now include drought-tolerant plant life in an effort to raise awareness about our own gardens. I enjoy seeking and finding these life affirming plants for their extraordinary forms and patterns that inspire
me continuously.
